  • What People Are Saying

I started with Julia’s Reconnection Phase classes, and learned how to adapt familiar yoga poses to the new shape of my body. Whereas I used to think of yoga as exercise, I learned in to think of it as self-care. I’ve just started the Exploration Phase, and I’m finding that thanks to the Reconnection Phase work I am able to transition into movement without falling back into old eating and exercise disorder patterns of wearing myself down. All of Julia's classes are just as much about how to think about myself in this new chapter of my life, as they are about how to move in a nourishing way. The classes are just as much advice for living as they are yoga instruction.
