The Philosophy

Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Julia Oliver, RD, RYT, and I am a non-diet dietitian and yoga teacher. I have spent my career guiding individuals to heal their relationship with food and movement by providing an alternative to the pervasive messages of the diet and fitness culture. You deserve the peace that can exist when you reclaim a trusting relationship with your body and together, we can uncover and learn to listen to the body’s innate wisdom that will support living your fullest life.
