“I was born and raised in Maryland and could usually be found on a sports field, or in a barn or the woods. I grew up with lots of different farm animals and pets and am always looking for new outdoor activities to get involved in. I eventually ended up playing lacrosse in college at the University of Vermont – a place that I was able to tie together my love of sports and the outdoors.
While playing sports, I began getting curious about nutrition and how it’s not always something that we are taught. So that’s what I did – I decided upon Nutrition as a major, and it’s lead me to where I am now. I believe that there is no right or wrong way to eat and encourage honoring our bodies and recognizing our individual needs.”

I work with varying populations, from adolescents, to collegiate athletes and adults, in the field of eating disorder nutrition therapy. You will receive weight inclusive, trauma-informed care that is grounded in the Health at Every Size® (HAES) movement and aligned with the principles of Intuitive Eating. We will work on dismantling diet culture and the labels it gives food and movement.”
